Printers Go Boom (“PGB”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Fletcher Digital Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website (combicart.co) and web application (app.combicart.co).

What We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and a password. If you purchase a Pro plan, we also collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store your card details directly.

Print farm data: Orders, printer configurations, plate setups, filament/resin inventory, and templates you create within PGB. This is your operational data and exists solely to provide the service to you.

Store connection data: If you connect a WooCommerce or Etsy store, we store API credentials and receive order data (customer names, order items, order values, shipping addresses) via webhooks or API calls. We only access the data needed to sync orders into PGB.

Usage data: Basic server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We use this for security, debugging, and improving the service.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the PGB service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Sync orders from your connected stores
  • Send you important service updates (e.g. downtime, security issues)
  • Improve the product based on usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never monetise your print farm data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe for payment processing — subject to Stripe’s privacy policy
  • Coolify/Vultr for hosting — your data is stored on servers in a data centre location managed by Vultr
  • WooCommerce/Etsy APIs — only when you explicitly connect your store

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and print farm data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time
