These terms govern your use of the Printers Go Boom website (combicart.co) and web application (app.combicart.co), operated by Fletcher Digital Limited (“PGB”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

You must be at least 16 years old to use PGB.

What You Can Do

PGB provides a web-based dashboard for managing 3D print orders, printer queues, consumable inventory, and related workflows. Your account grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own legitimate business or personal use, in accordance with the plan you have subscribed to.

What You Cannot Do

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or sublicence access to your PGB account
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application
  • Use the service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to it
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the service beyond normal API usage
  • Exceed the usage limits of your plan (e.g. printer limits on the Free tier)
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user

Your Data

You own your data. Orders, printer configurations, templates, inventory records, and any other content you create within PGB remains yours. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your data.

We will not access your data except to provide the service, resolve technical issues at your request, or comply with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Store Integrations

When you connect a third-party store (WooCommerce, Etsy, or others), you authorise PGB to access order and product data from that store on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with PGB. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed annually at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change for future billing periods, but we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your data is not deleted on cancellation — you can continue using the Free tier or export your data.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data entirely, contact us and we will process the request within 30 days.

Service Availability

We aim to keep PGB available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or address issues that result in temporary downtime. We will try to give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Limitation of Liability

PGB is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fletcher Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of PGB after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
